The participant shall have completed in the last 3 (three) years from the date of submission of the tender at least 1 (one) activity identical to or similar to the subject of the contract. Under the terms of the contract, the supply of computers and/or computer equipment should be understood.
Compliance with this criterion shall be certified as follows: The participant shall complete the EEDOP, Part IV: Selection criteria, Section C. Technical and professional capabilities, p. *When submitting a tender, only the relevant section of the EEDOP shall be completed.
Proof: Subject to Art. 112 of the Public Procurement Act, the participant selected as contractor shall submit to the contracting entity List of supplies identical to or similar to the subject-matter of the contract with an indication of the values, dates and recipients, together with documents demonstrating the delivery.
