Delivery of two identical Next Generation Firewall devices with software and licenses

1. Lot 1

   The subject of the contract is the delivery of two identical Next Generation Firewall devices together with software and licenses that meet the requirements set out in the description of the subject of the contract, which is Annex 1 to the draft contract. As part of the subject matter of the contract, the contractor is obliged to: 1) deliver the equipment together with the software and licenses to the premises of the contracting authority, 2) carry out implementation works of the equipment, software and licenses supplied, 3) provide documentation on the equipment and software and licenses; 4) provide warranty services including the equipment and software and licenses supplied. All requirements set out in the description of the subject matter of the contract (Annex 1 to the draft contract), except for the requirements designated as the subject of the evaluation criterion (described in Chapter 18 of the SWZ as K2, K3, K4), are minimum requirements and are mandatory. Failure to meet the minimum requirements will result in rejection of the tender on the basis of Article 226(1)(5) of the Pzp Act, as incompatible with the terms of the contract. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is set out in the draft contract, which is annexed No. 1 to the SWI. The subject matter of the contract will be carried out within the following time limits: 1) the delivery of equipment with software and licenses, the transmission of documentation and implementation work – within 30 days of the date of conclusion of the contract, 2) the provision of warranty services – within 36 months of the date of signature by the Contracting Party without the comments and reservations of the receipt protocol, - in accordance with the provisions of § 4 of the Agreement, which is annexed to the SWZ.
