What the buyer wants

The following activities are covered by this contract: Delivery of a data storage system for backup infrastructure needs. Hardware installation, wiring and commissioning services. Integration services with available software infrastructure for Backup. Guarantee support as required by the technical specification.

The contracting authority shall pay 100 per cent (one hundred per cent) of the total amount of remuneration under this contract in advance within 30 (thirty) days of the entry into force of the contract against an invoice submitted by the executor and an advance guarantee. Prior to the conclusion of the contract, the participant appointed as contractor shall provide a guarantee for the execution of the contract of 10% (ten per cent) of the value of the contract without VAT. The participant appointed for the contractor shall provide a guarantee to secure 100% of the value of the advance payment
