What the buyer wants

The subject of the order is the delivery of 20 units of workstations for users within the task Development of services for e-health and increase of cybersecurity level of the Specialist Hospital in Chorzów. Detailed description of the subject of the order includes Annex No 1 to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the order and the model of the contract which is Annex No 3 to the SWZ.

The description of the subject of the contract and the model of the contract should be read together with possible changes in the content of the WWZ, which, for example, result from the answers to the Contractor's inquiries. The Contracting Authority shall inform the Contracting Authority that it applies for funding of this contract.

At the same time, pursuant to Article 310 of the Public Procurement Law, it provides for the possibility of cancelling the contract award procedure in question if the public funds which the Contracting Authority intended not to allocate to finance all or part of the contract are not granted to it.
