What the buyer wants
The subject of the contract is the supply, implementation and configuration of modern ICT infrastructure in the form of a computational cluster, together with the necessary components of the processing, storage and data protection infrastructure for the Institute of Occupational Medicine. Jerzy Nofer, consisting of the delivery, installation and configuration of the hardware and software supplied (hereinafter also called "a range") together with the conduct of instructions for administrators. 1. As part of the performance of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to: 1) supply and configuration of equipment and systems controlling their work and to carry out station instructions for administrators/personel of the Contracting Authority; 2) implementation of an integrated IT infrastructure environment allowing efficient use of hardware resources, ensuring high availability of services and increasing the level of protection of the data processed, in particular scientific data of the Contracting Authority. 2. In the performance of this order, the Contractor is obliged to supply and implement the following elements: 1) Servers in x86 architecture - 3 pcs/; 2. Server operating system - Datacenter edition, 4 16-core licenses for 2 hosts of 32 cores (licensing for authorized educational units - Academic/EDU); 3) SAN switches - 2 pcs/kpl; 4) Disk matrix - 1 pc/kpl; 5) Object data warehouse - 1pc/kpl; 6) Tape library - 1 szt/kpl; 7) Network switches managed rack SFP+ - 2 pcs/kpl. 3. As part of the performance of the contract in question, the Contractor shall be obliged to perform the accompanying services/activities described in Annex 3 to the WZ, covering in particular: 1) Pre-implementation and installation work: preparing architecture diagrams, connections and then fully configuring the computing cluster, virtualization systems, arrays, SAN networks and integration into the central backup system of the Ordering Party; 2) Performance tests: performance and reliability tests of the IT environment implemented; 3) Position training: conducting a stand training for the Contracting Authority staff of at least 16 hours in the field of implemented hardware and software solutions; 4) Providing documentation: drawing up and submitting to the Contracting Authority detailed performance documentation and performance test reports, in the form and content set out in Annex 3 to the Agreement. 4. The transmission of the complete post-executive documentation referred to in point 4 and the test reports is a condition necessary for the signature of the final acceptance protocol of the subject matter of the Agreement without reservation. 5. The product range delivered by the Contractor, which will be the subject of the order, will be a brand-new, fault-free product from the manufacturer's authorized sales channel and produced not earlier than 2026, represents the model of the current production line. The delivered range will not be renewable, demonstration, testing or post-exhibition equipment. The Contractor declares that he will bear all costs, in accordance with applicable law, which the Contracting Authority will have to cover if the above statements or other statements or assurances contained in the Agreement prove to be false. 6. The detailed scope of the subject-matter of the contract shall be determined by the annexes to the EGM, in particular Annexes No 3. Functional-technical specifications.
