PTS currently uses user-generated data for broadband connectivity to analyse access to network connection in Sweden. The data that PTS analyses is purchased from independent suppliers. To ensure that PTS has the ability to purchase quality data whenever necessary, PTS sets up this DIS. In addition to PTS, the contracting authorities that are shown in the procurement document have the right to cancel and sign agreements.
