The subject of the performance of the contract awarded (hereinafter referred to as the "public contract ') is the supply, development, implementation, configuration, testing and putting into service of the modernised hospital information system UNIS (hereinafter referred to as" NIS') and the modernised laboratory information system Orpheus LIS (hereinafter referred to as "LIS '), by extending and upgrading the information systems currently used by the contracting authority.

The purpose of the implementation is not to replace the existing NIS and LIS with new information systems, but to upgrade them by developing, adapting and supplementing the required functionalities, modules, database structures, user interfaces, integration services and data interfaces. The feasibility study explicitly envisages an extension of the existing NIS and LIS in the form of an upgrade, not a full replacement.

1. analysis of existing solutions, the modules concerned, data structures and integration links;
2. processing of the detailed design of the technical and implementation solution;
3. development, configuration and implementation of required modifications, modules and functionalities of NIS and LIS;
5. implementation of management, exchange, sharing and making available priority categories of electronic health record;
6. implementation of departmental patient identifiers, health professionals and health service providers;
7. implementation of integration links and interfaces to the extent specified by the procurement documents;
8. installation, configuration, functional and integration testing, pilot operation and proper operation of upgraded information systems;
9. processing and transmission of documentation of actual execution, administrator, user, operational and integration documentation;
10. training of administrators, key users and other staff of the contracting authority;
11. providing a guarantee for the modernised NIS and LIS;
12. providing the development of the software solution delivered according to the requirements of the contracting authority to a maximum of 400 mancoders (MD) for the duration of the guarantee. The detailed binding definition of technical, functional, integration, implementation and operational requirements is contained in Annex 12 to this specification - technical specifications NIS and LIS.The feasibility study shall contain a description of the starting state, subsidy, economic, timetable, organisational and administrative information. These parts are not in themselves binding technical specifications of the subject matter of the contract. Only the requirements set out in Annex 12 shall be considered as mandatory technical requirements.The supplier shall ensure that the operational link to the existing NIS and LIS is maintained. Part of the modernisation of NIS is the maintenance of the current number of issued licences for the existing version of NIS.Technological and infrastructure architecture, hardware, carrier operating systems, database platform, terminal stations and network infrastructure elements are not subject to supply unless the procurement documents explicitly provide otherwise. Modernised components and interfaces will be operated on the existing HW / SW solution of the contracting entity.The contracting authority shall state that the original supplier of the hospital information system and laboratory information system shall provide synergies in the implementation of the performance to the extent specified in its declaration, which shall form Annex 11 to this specification.The detailed definition of the subject-matter of the contract, including the technical conditions in the details necessary for the processing of the tender, is set out in the Annexes to this procurement document.
