Осигуряване на софтуерна поддръжка тип Enterprise Support на лицензиран софтуер на SAP на основната банкова информационна система (ОБИС) в БНБ.

Participants shall hold at least 2 (two) certified specialists holding: • Valid Project Management (PM) or equivalent project management certificate; Experience gained in managing/managing at least 1 IT activity/project. • Valid certificate SAP Certified - Data Engineer - SAP HANA or equivalent; Experience gained in participating in the implementation of at least 1 activity/project in the field of information technology including data flow building activities, replication and optimization of SAP software performance. • Valid certificate SAP Certified - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition or equivalent; Experience gained in participating in the implementation of at least 1 activity/project in the field of information technology including consultation activities for licensed SAP software subject to procurement. Note: 1. The contracting authority will also accept the equivalent of the requested certificates if they meet the conditions laid down in procurement documents. 2. A specified specialist shall be permitted to hold more than one of the above certificates or their equivalents, thereby fulfilling a minimum of two or more certified professionals. To demonstrate the selection criterion, participants shall complete: Part IV: At the stage of conclusion of a contract, on the basis of Art. 112, para 1, item 2 of Art. 64, para 1, item 6 of the Public Procurement Act, the participant selected as a contractor should provide a list of the staff who will perform the order and documents which prove the professional competence of the persons.
