The subject matter of the contract is the choice of the Contractor for specialized maintenance and prevention of basic modules of a built-up software platform in MU-Varna, according to the attached Technical Specifications (Annex No 1) referred to as "Short System." According to its specific needs and financial collateralisation, the Contracting Party reserves the right to entrust the development of additional system functionalities or changes to existing, referred to for short as additional benefits. Each participant shall submit a maintenance and prevention offer for the full range of modules included in the Technical Specification (Annex No 1). System maintenance and prevention should be carried out with a view to predicting and preventing incidents before they occur with the Contracting Party and building high reliability for system performance and should include minimum weekly reviews of system fault logs, a review of potential problems related to hardware and software infrastructure and their removal. The performance mode of the system shall be without interruption, year-round. In the event of a need for a mandate of the Contracting Party, the Contracting Party should make adjustments and additional adjustments to the current architecture and system performance requirements. Any development of additional functionalities or modification of the existing system, the contracting authority will request by written request with a description of the objective prerequisites giving rise to the need for further enhancement, a reasonable period for the submission of information by the Contractor for a decision, date, name and position of a contact person by the contracting entity.
