O udzielenie zamówienia mogą ubiegać się Wykonawcy, którzy spełniają warunki dotyczące: 1) zdolności technicznej lub zawodowej: warunek udziału w postępowaniu dotyczący zdolności zawodowej zostanie uznany za spełniony, jeżeli Wykonawca wykaże, że w okresie ostatnich 3 lat przed upływem terminu składania ofert, a jeżeli okres prowadzenia działalności gospodarczej jest krótszy – w tym okresie, należycie wykonał (zakończył;rozpoczęcie mogło nastąpić wcześniej) co najmniej 2 dostawy sprzętu IT na kwotę o wartości każdej dostawy co najmniej 100 000,00 zł brutto (każda dostawa w ramach odrębnej umowy), W przypadku Wykonawców wspólnie ubiegających się o udzielenie zamówienia powyższy warunek musi spełnić jeden z nich.Zamawiający tym samym nie dopuszcza łączenia (sumowania) doświadczenia zdobytego osobno przez każdego z wykonawców wspólnie ubiegających się o udzielenie zamówienia.
