Expansion of the infrastructure of the National Statistical Institute – purchase of 2 servers

The Participants in this procedure should have achieved a minimum total turnover equivalent to the two-fold estimated value of the procedure in euro excluding VAT calculated on the basis of the annual turnover for the last three completed financial years (2025, 2024, 2023) and depending on the date on which the participant was set up or started operating. In the event that the participant is a foreign person, the starting point of the requirement shall be the law to which its activity is subject.

The amount of net sales revenue within the meaning of the Accounting Act should be understood as the annual total turnover. Turnover should be presented in euros without VAT included. For a foreign participant, the turnover will be calculated at the official rate of BNB for the respective currency in euro at the date of submission of the tender.

Participants in this procedure should have staff and/or management with certain professional competence for the performance of the contract as follows: Project Manager Expert server equipment

• Experience gained from participating in the implementation of at least 1 activity or project in the field of information technology including installation and configuration and/or server support (s).When submitting a tender, participants should declare their compliance with the criteria set for selection by submitting an electronic single European public procurement document (EEDOP) and filling part IV "Selection criteria' (b) in "Technical and professional capacities', field "Educational and professional qualification' (EEDOP).Before entering into a contract, the contractor designated should demonstrate compliance with the selection criterion laid down by the contracting authority with the provision of a list of staff to perform the contract and documents demonstrating the professional competence of persons.

The participants in this procedure should hold a valid certificate of quality management under EN ISO 9001:2015 or equivalent at the date of submission of a tender, with a range identical to or similar to the subject of the contract. The scope of the contract should be understood as: installation and maintenance of servers. When submitting a tender, participants should declare compliance with the selection criterion set by submitting an electronic single European public procurement document (EEDOP) and filling in part IV Quality assurance schemes and environmental management standards (EEDOP) field (S) certifications by independent bodies certifying quality assurance standards.
