Vsa zavarovanja morajo biti po vsebini identična vzorčnim obrazcem priloženim k razpisni dokumentaciji.
Bančna garancija mora biti izdana v valuti javnega naročila s strani banke s sedežem v Republiki Sloveniji ali v državi članici Evropske Unije ter Švici in v skladu z Enotnimi pravili za garancije na poziv Mednarodne trgovinske zbornice (EPGP 758) revizija iz leta 2010. Bančna garancija mora biti nepreklicna, brezpogojna in unovčljiva na prvi poziv. V kolikor je bančna garancija izdana s strani banke s sedežem v Evropski Uniji ali Švici mora imeti banka izdajateljica bonitetno oceno vsaj BBB- (bonitetne hiše Standard - Poor's) oz. primerljivo bonitetno oceno (bonitetne hiše Moody's, Fitch). Informacija o bonitetni oceni banke izdajateljice mora biti javno dostopna ob predložitvi.
Kavcijsko zavarovanje mora izdati izdajatelj zavarovanja, ki ima sedež v Republiki Sloveniji. Ponudnik mora predložiti skeniran original izdanega zavarovanja v PDF. formatu, podpisanega s strani pooblaščenih predstavnikov zavarovalnice. Na pisno zahtevo naročnika pa predloži tudi original.
Denarni depozit: izbrani ponudnik lahko dobro izvedbo pogodbenih obveznosti zavaruje tudi z nakazilom brezobrestnega depozita na poslovni račun naročnika. V primeru nakazila depozita velja vse smiselno enako kot pri bančni garanciji ali kavcijskem zavarovanju.
V primeru zavarovanja rizika z nakazilom depozita na poslovni račun naročnika, se kot dokazilo predloži potrdilo o plačilu, iz katerega je razviden namen.
ZAVAROVANJE ZA DOBRO IZVEDBO POGODBENIH OBVEZNOSTI
Izbrani ponudnik bo moral finančno zavarovanje za dobro izvedbo pogodbenih obveznosti izročiti naročniku skladno z določili osnutka pogodbe za predmetno javno naročilo.
