What the buyer wants
KBV intends to extend the existing Matrix42 licenses for Software Asset Management (SAM) and neo42 subscriptions for Service Management Depot (SMD) and Application Package Depot (APD). In addition, the existing licenses are to be extended with the Matrix42 Unified Endpoint Management (UEM). In addition, consulting services for IT license management are commissioned with Matrix42. Since Matrix42 has converted its license model to a rental model, the existing SAM licenses cannot be continued through a maintenance extension. The following positions are therefore to be offered:

- Matrix42: Unified Endpoint Management 2026 OnPremise, SKU SWM26002UA, 650 User (user based license)
- Matrix42: LIS Premium DATA, SKU SMPL0162OI, 1 piece
- neo42: Service Management Depot (SMD), SKU SMPL0255VI, 1 piece
- neo42: Application Package Depot (APD) + 1 Bridge for Matrix42 UEM/Empirum, 1 piece
- Consulting service IT license management with Matrix42, 12 person days The duration of the Matrix42 licenses is 3 years from 01.01.2027 (01.01.2027
- 31.12.2029). The term of the neo42 subscriptions begins on 23.07.2027 until 31.12.2029. The consulting service can be provided from 01.01.2027 on demand in units of max. 0.5 PT. All offered Matrix42 licenses are to register with Matrix42 on the KBV. The licenses apply to self-managed systems (on-premise).
