To prove technical and professional capacity, please submit a list of at least three suitable references in relation to the relevant service (VoIP and ISP services) by submitting a tender. Present your performance for the subject matter of the contract and your relevant experience based on the references. For the references, the following information must be provided: • Description of the services performed, • Value of the order, • Period of service provision, • Indication of the responsible contact point with the customer of the reference with address and contact details. In addition, the following requirements apply to the named references: • The references shall not be older than three years (from the date of the last service provision in the relevant reference project to the date of the contract notice/publication). • These reference projects must in principle be completed. An incomplete reference project may be identified with an explanation if its part already completed meets the reference requirements. Where references are not yet completed, indicate the level of performance achieved so far. The Procurement Office of the BMI then decides on the recognition of this reference at its due discretion. Power levels not yet realized cannot be taken into account. • At least one reference comprises a contract from a contracting authority within the meaning of § 98 GWB. For the references, use the form "References form". Please use the form several times if necessary. Only three references are required. You are free to name further references. Since the exchange of an erroneous reference by a conditional reference submitted after the end of the tendering period is not possible and, in the relevant cases, entails the exclusion of the tenderer, the Procurement Office of the BMI recommends that a list of further references considered as conditional be submitted. The Procurement Office of the BMI also reserves the right to verify the references provided by consulting the contact persons mentioned in the references. Information which does not withstand verification may lead to exclusion from the award procedure. If you are unable to provide the information required for legitimate reasons of confidentiality, you should inform the BMI Procurement Office of these reasons with the offer and provide other suitable proof of technical and professional capacity. The Procurement Office of the BMI then decides, at its due discretion, on the recognition of the alternative proof. Asking and teaching another (more suitable) Proof is no longer possible after the end of the tender period for reasons of procurement law. Please note that if, for example, it is not possible for you to specify the specific order value for reasons of confidentiality, you can also specify the value of the order in margins (e.g. > €100,000 or between €100,000 and €200,000.

For the purpose of demonstrating human capacity, the average number of persons employed per year in the last three financial years shall be given in full-time equivalents with tenders. Please submit a self-declaration in the form of a self-created list. For your organization, demonstrate the implementation of an information security management system, e.g. DIN EN ISO 27000ff or equivalent. In the case of a qualifying loan or a group of tenderers, this proof shall be submitted separately for each undertaking. Please provide the corresponding certification by an accredited body for proof with submission of an offer. Security concept according to § 166 Abs. 3 Telecommunications Act Please submit a self-produced self-declaration by submitting an offer stating that your company has a security concept in accordance with § 166 para. 3 TKG, which fully meets all requirements resulting from the legal regulations.
