Description of technical equipment and quality assurance measures.

Indication of the environmental management measures applied during the execution of the contract.

Proof of 2 appropriate references of comparable services in the last 3 calendar years in the form of a list. This list shall contain at least the following: the value of the contract, the time of delivery/duration of service provision, the scope and nature of the supply contract and the indication of the public or private recipient. The following criteria are considered to be comparable: (If no registration is made, a comparability of the respective service is presumed if it has an equal or higher degree of difficulty in the technical or organisational area and is similar to the tendered service to the extent that it allows a viable conclusion to be drawn about the capacity of the tenderer for the tendered service.)

Declaration of total turnover for the last two financial years closed. (Companies that have not yet been fully active in the field for two years (newcomers) are only required to provide the required information on turnover for completed financial years since the beginning of operations.)

Proof of registration in the craft role or the list of members of a professional chamber of the provinces. (If it is not legally possible/required for the tenderer to enter in the relevant registers, the reasons for the lack of registration must be proven.)

Proof of registration in the commercial register (possibly association or partnership register). Where it is legally not/necessary for the tenderer to be entered in the relevant registers, the reasons for the lack of registration shall be demonstrated.
