Award criteria
The full criteria and their weights, as published in the notice.
For all lots
- Price70%
Tenders submitted shall be evaluated on the basis of a tender form to be submitted by the tenderer. On the basis of the bid of the bidder, the so-called valuation price is determined, which is included in the overall valuation of the bid with a weighting of 70 %. The award of points is based on a scale of 0 to 10 points: The cheapest offer (valuation price) receives the full number of points (10 points), taking into account annual costs (system service - care, maintenance, hotline) over 48 months. Offers whose price is at least twice as high as that of the cheapest offer will be rated with 0 points. For all intermediate prizes, the points are awarded on the basis of a linear interpolation, calculated at three decimal places.
- concept evaluation30%
The award criterion quality is taken into account with 30 % in the overall evaluation. For the concept, the bidder can reach a maximum of 10 points. The award criterion quality exclusively includes an implementation concept based on the individual case specifically identified in the specifications. The implementation plan shall be submitted as part of the initial tender. This is considered a written elaboration. Questions about the concept will be clarified during the negotiations. The revised or final concept can be presented together with the final offer.
