What the buyer wants
The subject matter of the contract is the choice of contractor for full system administration, maintenance and service of built SharePoint environment in MU-Varna, according to the Technical Specification (Annex No1), called for short term .
According to its specific needs and financial security, the Contracting Party reserves the right to award additional activities to improve the operation and operation of the Share Point structure, as well as to implemented projects on it, referred to as "the additional activities' for short term. These activities include development/assisting and maintenance of current SharePoint projects (web sites, portals, etc.).
Each participant shall submit an offer for a full range of system administration, maintenance and maintenance of a built SharePoint structure included in the technical specification (Annex No1).

Participants should have experience to perform the contract. Participants shall have experience in performing at least 1 (one) activity with an object identical or similar to that of this contract for the last 3 (three) years from the date of submission of the tender. An activity shall be understood as one which, irrespective of the date of its initiation, has ended until the submission of the tender.

Участниците представят в предложението за изпълнение на поръчката по-голям брой служители/експерти над минимално изискуемите, посочени в Техническата спецификация (Приложение № 1). Всеки един допълнително предложен служител/експерт трябва да притежава професионален опит, свързан с изпълнението предмета на поръчката – минимум 3 (три) години и да притежава един или повече от следните валидни сертификати: • Microsoft Certified Professional или еквивалент; • Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert: SharePoint или еквивалент; • Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert: Server Infrastructure или еквивалент; • Microsoft Certified Professional: Solution Architect или еквивалентен; • Microsoft Certified Professional: Microsoft SharePoint Developer или еквивалентен. Участникът следва да приложи доказателства в съответствие с посоченото изискване за професионалната компетентност (сертификат/ите) на допълнително посочените експерти. В случай, че участник представи надграждащо техническата спецификация предложение за изпълнение, то ще бъде оценено по следния начин: За всеки служител (над посочения минимален брой 8), който притежава един от горепосочените сертификати, комисията ще присъжда 5 точки.
