References of the company (with the offer); No or other formal requirement: Submission of suitable references about previously executed orders that meet the following minimum requirements and with indication - of the client (with indication of the personal contact), - the name of the project, - of the project period, - of the project volume and - of the project content. References from the last 3 years (deadline: is the end of the offer period) must be submitted.

Ongoing reference projects shall be taken into account, provided that the focus of the relevant services has already been delivered. A reference is suitable if the reference is the implementation, initial setup and operation of an Identity & Access Management solution (IAM solution) as a software-as-a-service including mapping of organizational structures and optimization of processes as well as associated support and the number of licensed identities (internal, external, guests) totaled at least 5000.

Minimum requirements: at least two appropriate references shall be provided. At least one of the appropriate reference projects must have been provided to a contracting authority.

Company presentation (with the offer; by means of self-declaration): Company presentation/declaration about the company structure, especially the history and philosophy, the organizational structure, the range of services and personnel capacities, max. two DIN A4 pages. Please add as an attachment. If the base exceeds the predetermined circumference on sides, the part exceeding the circumference is not taken into account.

Proof of registration (with the offer); No formal requirement or otherwise: A copy of the commercial register extract or an equivalent extract or a declaration that there is no obligation to register shall be attached to prove the qualification and authorisation to practice the profession.

Professional liability insurance (with the offer); No formal requirement or otherwise: In order to secure any claims for compensation, the customer must hold a liability insurance and, if necessary, prove its coverage amounts at least 5 million. EUR for personal injury and EUR 5 million for property and property damage. It is sufficient if a declaration of the insurer is submitted with the offer that in the case of an order the required insurance is concluded with corresponding cover sums.

Information security management system according to DIN ISO 27001 (with the offer); No or other formal requirement: Proof of an information security management system according to DIN ISO 27001 by presentation of a valid certification or presentation of an equivalent management system. Comparable certifications or existing and documented management systems, which are internally controlled and proven, are considered equivalent.

Quality management system according to DIN ISO 9001 (with the offer); No or other formal requirement: proof of a quality management system according to DIN ISO 9001 or equivalent by presentation of a valid certification or presentation of an equivalent management system. Comparable certifications or existing and documented management systems, which are internally controlled and proven, are considered equivalent.
