Implementation of SAP S/4 HANA system for the CFM

The total annual turnover in the last three financial years (2023 to 2025) and the turnover with comparable services in the last three financial years (2023 to 2025) are required. Comparable services are: the SAP S4 transformation projects in the area of public service or healthcare. An average annual turnover with comparable services of at least 6 million must be demonstrated. EUR net in the past 3 financial years (2023 to 2025) per year.

At least three comparable references are required for comparable contracts concluded from 10/2023 onwards in the form of a list with the following information:

• Contact person with the reference provider with contact details
• Description of the services provided by type, scope and difficulty
• Contract value in EUR (net)
• Performance period
• Declaration on the performance of the services as a contractor, subcontractor or as a member of a working group SAP transformation projects are considered comparable. A reference is considered to be completed when the performance has been accepted or the go-live has been made.Of these references, at least one must relate to the integration of a public service or healthcare company into an existing or ongoing S/4HANA project, at least one must relate to an S/4HANA transformation in a hospital, at least one must relate to the migration of existing SAP PM processes to SAP S/4HANA in accordance with SAP best practice and at least one must relate to the redesign and implementation of the warehouse management process from a non-SAP system to SAP EWM. A reference can meet several of the aforementioned requirements simultaneously.

Required is the number of total employees in the last 3 years (2023 to 2025).

This selection criterion shall be used when there are more than three complete requests to participate from suitable tenderers. It is assessed against the following criteria:

• Hospital Experience: Reference Provider is a hospital: 10 points, In addition, if Reference Provider is a University Hospital: +15 points for an effort of 500–750 person-days (PT) or +20 points for an effort of more than 750 person-days (PT)
• Additional references for the migration of existing SAP PM processes to SAP S/4HANA according to SAP best practice: +20 points per reference
• Additional references for the redesign and implementation of the warehouse management process from a non-SAP system to SAP EWM: +20 points per reference Explanation on the criterion "Comparable service references": In the criterion “hospital experience”, the AG only evaluates references that meet the following minimum requirement:
• projects S/4 HANA transformation completed from 10/2023. References are only considered to be completed if the service has been taken or The go-live is complete. For each criterion, max. 3 references assessed. If the bidder submits more than three references for a criterion, he must indicate in which order the AG is to evaluate it.As part of the criterion "Migration of existing SAP PM processes to SAP standard processes" and "Redesign and implementation of the warehouse management process from a non-SAP system to SAP EWM", only references that have not already been considered in the criterion "hospital experience" are considered.
