The existence of sufficient professional experience; demonstrated by self-declaration of technical and professional capacity (qualification test questionnaire: criterion A1.1.1.2) and by self-declaration and submission of two appropriate references (B1.1.1.7 and B1.1.1.8 aptitude test questionnaire and Appendix E.2). Two reference projects comparable to the subject of the call are expected. References from groupings of bidders and general/subcontracting/ownership are also taken into account. The references must meet the u.s. minimum requirement for the performance period / duration within the last two years (up to and including the publication date of this procurement procedure on the federal e-procurement platform). Projects with a duration of at least twelve months are expected. The end of the reference shall not be more than 24 months. The reference has not yet been completed, but has been running for at least 12 months from the publication date of this procurement procedure. The references shall relate to the subject of the tender. References under a pure service contract, a framework service contract are not evaluated. For the required two references, a maximum of one reference of the Federal Employment Agency may be given. For groupings of bidders and general contractors/subcontractors, turnover is added. Please note that the turnover must be shown separately, if these are to be included in the course of the suitability loan. The same applies to the turnover of the companies of the group of bidders or of the general contractor or the intended subcontractor.
