License for the operation of call center operators

The subject of the public contract is: (a) the supply of 20 sub-scripts A-FLEX-CCX-P-C (On- Premises UCCX Premium Concurrent Agent) for the operation of 20 call centre operators at Cisco Unified Contact Center Express UCCX (hereinafter referred to as "UCCX") for a period of 24 months, with effect from the date specified in the call centre call maintenance call call call call call invitation (at the time of the standard tender procedure, the envisaged start of the validity of the sub-scripts provided under point (a) of this paragraph, and (b) the provision of support for 20 sub-scripts for the operation of 20 call centre UCCX, called centre operators, called service maintenance maintenance, throughout the period of validity of the sub-scripts provided under (a).

A closer specification of the subject-matter of the contract is given in the draft contract, which is annexed to No 1 ZD.

In view of the fact that the contracting authority has HW devices (IP telephones) and SW devices (licences with support for HW devices) operating on Cisco Unified Communications Manager (see more detailed specifications of the funds in Annex 1 to the draft contract), the SW devices are to cease to be valid in the future and, without them, HW devices cannot be used further and the switch to other HW and SW devices would entail disproportionate costs on the part of the contracting authority, so the contracting authority considers that in this case the subject of the public contract is justified by reference to a particular product, or to SW devices - licence / subscription and support to a particular producer whose acquisition is the subject to the contract.

The contracting authority has not accepted the division of the contract into parts, since the subject matter of the contract is one functional unit and is awarded in time.
