Licenses for Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (Omnissa Horizon)

Declaration of registration in the professional or commercial register of the country in which the company is established. Or – if applicable – self-declaration by the tenderer/member of the group of tenderers that there is no entry in the professional or commercial register for the tenderer/member of the group of tenderers in accordance with the respective national legislation, or are necessary.

Proof (copy) of an existing, currently valid company liability insurance or a comparable standard market insurance with a liability coverage amount of at least 2.500.000 EUR for personal, property and property damages simply maximizes per year per claim or self-declaration of the bidder that he is willing to conclude such insurance in the case of an order at the first request of the client. In the case of a declaration of conclusion in the case of an order, the contracting entity shall, at the request of the contracting authority, attach a declaration by an insurer that he is willing to conclude a corresponding insurance with the company.

The tenderer/group shall demonstrate its performance by submitting at least 1 (one) appropriate references of performance comparable to the subject of the tender. The references must include technical support for a Horizon environment from 1,000 simultaneous sessions, with references to VMware including Horizon. The reference contracts shall be for a maximum period of three years from the date of the EU publication. The self-declaration must contain the following information:

• Name and address of the public or private reference provider,
• Indicate the number of simultaneous sessions of the Horizon environment,
• Name of a contact person at the reference provider and his contact details (phone number and e-mail address),
• Order period,
• Order value,
• Reference object description.

The bidder / bidding community declares that at least two of the employees employed under the support contingent have a current manufacturer-related certification in the field of virtual desktop infrastructure or have a comparable qualification proven by relevant project experience and can prove this on request.

The Bidder/Bidder Community declares that the Company has the following certification: Certified Partner Status Omnissa. The certificate shall be uploaded as an attachment.
