Proof of the entry in the professional or commercial register in accordance with the legislation of the country in which the bidder is established (§ 122 para 2 no. 1 GWB in accordance with § 44 para). 1 VgV.

Declaration on professional or company liability insurance (§ 122 para 2 no. 2 GWB i.V.m. § 45 para 1 no. 3 VgV). Proof of the listed insurances by self-declaration in accordance with Appendix 2.1 or certificate of the insurance provider or certificate of an insurance provider that a corresponding insurance is taken out in the case of an order (each copy is sufficient). In detail:

• Personal injury 1.000.000,00 Euro
• Property damage 1.000.000,00 Euro
• Property damage 1.000.000,00 Euro (2 times the annual maximisation of the insurance sum).

Declaration on net turnover in relation to the type of service which is the subject of the award for the last 3 closed financial years (§ 122 para 2 no. 2 GWB i.V.m. § 45 para 4 no. 4 VgV).

Minimum Requirement: The provider has min. 500,000 EUR net annual turnover in the area of "licenses virtualization".

Exclusion criterion: less than 0.5 million EUR net annual turnover in the area of "licenses virtualization".

Declaration on professional capacity (§ 122 para 2 no. 3 GWB i.V.m. § 46 para 3 no. 1 VgV) by self-declaration of the bidder in Annex 2.1: The bidder has a reference list (minimum 3 references), from the last 3 financial years. (from the date of publication of this procedure) in a specified manner.

Projects that are in execution at the time of submission of the offer are allowed to be equivalent ***** The minimum references are comparable if you meet the following criteria: - Service content: Procurement and provision of license/subscription products (core subscription to the manufacturer) including contract processing; Volume of at least 1,200 licenses provided. - Performance period: the contract end of the reference project is not older than 3 years from the date of the contract notice of this procurement procedure.

Proof as an authorized Broadcom/VMware license partner or authorized reseller. The bidder proves that it is authorized as an authorized Broadcom/VMware license partner or authorized reseller to distribute the advertised products. Requirement: Current confirmation as an Authorised Broadcom/VMware Partner (e.g. Partner Certificate, Reseller Confirmation of Manufacturer or equivalent proof) indicating eligibility to distribute VMware/Broadcom Products (form of evidence: own demonstration, a form of awarding authority is not to be used)

Proof of certification according to DIN EN ISO 9001 or comparable. As proof, the bidder must present a valid certificate according to DIN EN ISO 9001 or an equivalent proof of a comparable certification.
