A request for review is inadmissible if more than 15 calendar days have elapsed after receipt of the notification of the client not to remedy a complaint (§ 160 para 3 sentence 1 no. 4 GWB). A request for review is also inadmissible if the contract has been awarded before the awarding chamber has informed the customer about the request for review (§§ 168 para 2 sentence 1, 169 para 1 GWB). The award of the contract is possible 15 calendar days after sending the bidder information according to § 134 Abs. 1 GWB. Violations of procurement regulations that are recognizable on the basis of the notice must be reprimanded against the client at the latest until the expiry of the deadline specified in the notice for the application or submission of an offer (§ 160 para 3 sentence 1 no. 2 GWB). Violations of award regulations, which are only recognizable in the award documents, must be reprimanded against the customer at the latest until the expiry of the deadline for application or submission of an offer (§ 160 Abs). 3 sentence 1 no. 3 GWB.
