Maintenance of telephone connection services to/from the PSTN network, including calls to the emergency number 999 in SS7 technology carried out in the State Medical Rescue Command Support System

The contractor must have an entry in the register of telecommunications entrepreneurs maintained by the President of the Office for Electronic Communications, as referred to in the provisions of the Act of 12 July 2024. Electronic communications law

The Contracting Authority shall require the Contracting Authority to perform at least two (2) contracts in the last three years before the deadline for the submission of tenders and, if the duration of the activity is shorter during that period, to provide a telecommunications service in SS7 with a gross value of at least PLN 100 000,00 each.

The Contracting Authority shall require the Contracting Authority, whose offer has been the highest rated list of services (complying the conditions described in § 11(1)(4) of the SWS performed and, in the case of recurrent or continuous benefits, performed during the last 3 years, and if the duration of the activity is shorter, within that period, together with their value, the subject matter, the dates of performance and the entities for which the services have been performed or are performed, and the addition of evidence indicating whether those services have been performed or performed properly, with the evidence referred to, references or other documents drawn up by the entity for which the services have been carried out, and if the Contractor, for reasons independent of him, is unable to obtain such documents, the Contractor’s statement;

in the case of the benefits of repeated or continuous references or other supporting documents, their duly performed, should be issued within the last 3 months (Appendix No 8 to the SWZ). The period of 3 years referred to above shall be retroactive from the date on which the time limit for the submission of tenders expires.
