   The subject of the acquisition is the maintenance of voice and customer service platforms and the ancillary services, products and licences related to the platform, in accordance with this call for tenders and the conditions set out in its annexes. Voice and customer service solutions consist mainly of: Metel Group offers products, including several telephone and contact center systems and other solutions related to fixed switching services. The subject of the acquisition is described in more detail in the annexes. The subscriber is also entitled to purchase the acquisition object as part of his own service production, which provides the service to the Client's customers. The aim of the acquisition is to find a cost-effective supplier for Istekki Oy (hereinafter also "subscriber" and "contracting entity") to maintain, expand and develop existing voice and customer service systems. The subscriber chooses one (1) supplier with whom it contracts. The contract shall be used only: The second and the third parties to the contract are only the second and the chosen Supplier. The quantities in the procurement documents are estimates and the contract does not constitute an obligation for the subscriber to purchase quantities.
