- Microsoft Azure consumption services Given that the award documentation contains a minimum set of specific information relating to estimates of the minimum and maximum quantities that could be required during the entire framework agreement as well as estimates of the minimum and maximum quantities that could be subject to a single follow-up contract of those to be awarded during the framework agreement, we stress that these minimum and maximum quantities that the contracting authority initially sets in the allocation documentation and subsequently in the framework agreement are estimates of quantities that could be requested during the entire framework agreement and not of the exact quantities that will be purchased, the latter being smaller, equal or higher in relation to those estimated, depending on the actual needs of the contracting authority.Promising - Accurator reserves the right / option to supplement the estimated amount to the award documentation by up to a maximum of 10% of the maximum quantity for the framework agreement / subsequent contract for each product category. The price of the products to be purchased further under the revision clause will be that of the financial proposal underpinning the framework agreement (adjusted as appropriate according to the adjustment formula), and the period of time during which this option can be used by the Promitent- Accurator shall be for the entire duration of the framework agreement / contract. In view of the above revision clause, the minimum value of the range in Section II.1.5 of the Data Sheet is the estimated minimum value of the framework agreement, respectively 1.504.500,00 lei, and the maximum value of the range is the value calculated by taking into account the 10% excess value of the framework agreement, respectively 3.105.300,00 lei.The value of the supplement shall be 282,300,00 lei without technical and financial offers shall be within the estimated value, without the additional 10% or the maximum estimated value of the framework agreement of 2,823.000,00 lei.The modification of the framework agreement / public acquisition contract during its period of validity will be possible under the conditions laid down in art. 221 of Law no. 98 / 2016 and the provisions of the ANAP Instruction no. 1 / 2021.Note: The contracting authority reserves the right to reallocate the quantities, depending on the need to achieve the objective of the framework agreement, in compliance with Article 221 (1) (e) of Law No 98 / 2016. The reallocation will be achieved by concluding an additional act to the framework agreement, respecting its maximum initial value. If the reallocation also requires a change in the maximum initial value of the framework agreement, the other provisions of Article 221 of Law No 98 / 2016, applicable as appropriate, will become incidents.Duration of the framework agreement: 36 months minimum value of the framework agreement: 1.504.500,00 lei without VAT maximum value of the framework agreement: 2.823.000,00 lei without VAT amount of the lowest subsequent contract: 501.500,00 lei without VAT value of the largest subsequent contract: 941,000,00 lei without VAT

- Guaranteed response time for critical incidents (SLA)10%
- Number of additional experts with Microsoft (or equivalent) certifications specific to the offered technology10%
Punctajul se acorda pentru fiecare expert suplimentar nominalizat dupa cum urmeaza: Pentru 0 experti suplimentari, oferta primeste 0 puncte; Pentru 1 expert suplimentar, oferta primeste 2,5 puncte; Pentru 2 experti suplimentari, oferta primeste 5 puncte; Pentru 3 experti suplimentari, oferta primeste 7,5 puncte; Pentru 4 experti suplimentari, oferta primeste 10 puncte; Pentru mai mult de 4 expert suplimentari, oferta primeste 10 puncte; Notă: Dacă un Ofertant propune 0 experți suplimentari (asigură doar minimul obligatoriu din Caietul de Sarcini), acesta va obține 0 puncte pentru acest factor de evaluare, oferta sa rămânând însă conformă.
