Modernisation of the access network consisting of the supply, assembly, configuration and commissioning of new access switches with uplink modules and optical inserts

The Contracting Authority shall consider as satisfying the detailed conditions for participation in the procedure the Contracting Authority, which has knowledge and experience and has the persons with documented professional qualifications, experience and education necessary for the performance of the contract, including: it shall demonstrate that in the last 3 years, and if the duration of the activity is shorter, during that period - it has implemented or implements, with a part implemented covering at least 1 (one) contract involving the delivery, assembly, configuration and commissioning of network switches together with their integration with existing network infrastructure In order to confirm the fulfilment of this condition, the contractor whose offer will be assessed as being most favourable shall be invited to submit: ‘List of supplies and services carried out’ and, in the case of services which are repeated or continuously performed, within the last 3 years before the expiry of the time limit for the submission of tenders, and if the period of business is shorter, including their value, subject matter, dates of performance and entities for which supplies and services have been carried out or are carried out together with evidence that those supplies or services have been carried out or are properly performed, with the evidence referred to, references or other documents drawn up by the entity for which supplies or services have been carried out, and in the case of services which are repeated or continuous, and if the contractor is unable to obtain such documents, a statement of the contractor; in the case of the benefits of repeated or continuous continued references or other supporting documents, their performance should be issued during the last 3 months (Model of the declaration is Annex 3 to the SWZ)

The Contracting Authority shall consider that the Contracting Authority, who has the knowledge and experience and has persons with documented professional qualifications, experience and education necessary for the performance of the contract, including: it shall provide a team of persons capable of carrying out a contract with a qualification of no less than: • an engineer with documented qualifications or certification of the manufacturer of the network solution offered, • technical personnel with experience in the implementation, configuration and operation of network switches in production networks and their integration with existing network infrastructure. In order to confirm the fulfilment of this condition of participation in the proceedings, an economic operator whose tender will be judged to be the most advantageous shall be invited to make a declaration (List of persons) according to the model in Annex 4 to the EGM
