What the buyer wants
1. The object of the contract is the modernization of the cluster of F5 devices in the possession of the Ordering Party. The purchaser has a cluster of F5 devices consisting of devices i5800 and r5600. As part of the order, the Contracting Authority requires the replacement of 2 units of equipment i5800 by providing new equipment meeting the requirements contained in the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPP), their configuration and joining the current cluster with the preservation of existing functionality. 2. Detailed description of the subject matter of the order includes Annex 1 to the SWZ - Description of the object of the order (OPP) and Annex 5 to the SWZ - Draft contract.
1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest modernizacja klastra urządzeń F5 będącego w posiadaniu Zamawiającego. Zamawiający posiada klaster urządzeń F5 składający się z urządzeń i5800 oraz r5600. W ramach zamówienia Zamawiający wymaga wymiany 2 sztuk urządzeń i5800 poprzez dostarczenie nowych urządzeń spełniających wymagania zwarte w Opisie Przedmiotu Zamówienia (OPZ), ich konfigurację oraz dołączenie do obecnego klastra z zachowaniem dotychczasowych funkcjonalności. Miejscem dostawy przedmiotu zamówienia jest Siedziba UKE w Warszawie, ul. Giełdowa 7/9. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ - Opis przedmiotu zamówienia (OPZ) oraz Załącznik nr 5 do SWZ - Projekt umowy. 3. Na podstawie art. 257 ustawy Pzp Zamawiający przewiduje możliwość unieważnienia postępowania o udzielenie zamówienia, jeżeli środki publiczne, które Zamawiający zamierzał przeznaczyć na sfinansowanie całości lub części zamówienia, nie zostaną mu przyznane. 4. Termin realizacji zamówienia: do 6 tygodni od dnia podpisania umowy, nie później jednak niż do dnia 15 grudnia 2026 r.
