What the buyer wants
1) The subject of the order is: - Purchase and exchange of switches in the location Market Square 1 ul. Młyńska 4 - Purchase and implementation of a linear card for the switch - Purchase and implementation of Access Points - Construction of a passive network in the location of Młyńska 4 - Modernization of the network access control system 2) The Contracting Authority shall require that the warranty period for the equipment supplied is at least 60 months from the date of completion of Task II (OPP). The Contracting Authority shall require that the period of guarantee for tasks III and IV of the RPA described is 60 months from the date of completion of task IV of the RPA. Furthermore, the Contracting Authority requires that periods of warranty for defects be equal to periods of guarantee. 3) A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract, a description of the requirements of the Contracting Authority in terms of execution and receipt, specify: - description of the subject matter of the contract (OPP) – Annex No 10 to the SWZ, - draft provisions of the contract – Annex No 11 to the SWZ.
