  1. The object of the order is to upgrade the wireless Wi-Fi network infrastructure in the buildings of Polish Radio S.A. in the liquidation located in Warsaw, by: the delivery of two new WiFi controllers and 45 new Wifi network AP devices for exchange with two WLAN controllers owned by the Ordering Party, and the replacement of 25 units of old AP devices (of 50 units held by the Ordering Party), installation and configuration of the equipment provided, and migration of the existing WLAN network configuration into the equipment provided and providing a 36-month warranty on the equipment offered by the Contracting Party (Equipment).
  2. The detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is contained in the OGA (Description of the subject-matter of the contract), which is Annex No 1 to the SWZ
  3. The subject matter of the contract will be carried out in accordance with the contract conditions laid down in the draft provisions of the contract, which are annexed No 7 to the General Court.

O udzielenie zamówienia mogą ubiegać się wykonawcy, którzy: wykażą, że w okresie ostatnich trzech lat przed upływem terminu składania ofert, a jeżeli okres prowadzenia działalności jest krótszy, to w tym okresie, należycie wykonał (tj. świadczył, zrealizował, zakończył) co najmniej: jedno zamówienie (umowę) polegającą na dostawie, instalacji i konfiguracji urządzeń sieci WLAN.

Wykazując spełnienie wyżej określonego warunku dotyczącego zdolności zawodowych wykonawcy mogą legitymować się zamówieniami (umowami) nadal realizowanymi, przy czym w takim przypadku do wykazania warunku brana będzie, przez Zamawiającego, tylko ta część umów, która przed upływem terminu składnia ofert została faktycznie wykonana (tj. zrealizowana, zakończona).

  2. pełnomocnictwo – w przypadku, gdy:
    1. wykonawca ustanawia pełnomocnika (pełnomocników) do reprezentowania go w postępowaniu albo do reprezentowania i zawarcia umowy w sprawie zamówienia publicznego;
    2. ofertę składają wykonawcy wspólnie ubiegający się o udzielenie zamówienia. W pełnomocnictwie należy określić zakres umocowania.
