Zdolność techniczna lub zawodowa: Wykonawca musi wykazać, iż w okresie ostatnich 3 lat, a jeżeli okres prowadzenia działalności jest krótszy – w tym okresie, wykonał należycie jedno/ą (1) wdrożenie/instalację polegające/cą na dostawie wraz z instalacją systemu informatycznego lub utworzeniu i wdrożeniu systemu informatycznego obejmującego co najmniej tworzenie i wdrażanie platform do udostępniania zasobów cyfrowych, obsługę metadanych, integrację z innymi systemami, publikację i udostępnianie obiektów cyfrowych online oraz zostało uruchomione w środowisku naturalnym.
Uwaga: Przez system informatyczny Zamawiający rozumie kompletne oprogramowanie służące do zarządzania i udostępniania w Internecie zbiorów cyfrowych. Za systemy spełniające wymagania zostaną uznane rozwiązania, które zostały wdrożone u klienta i zapewniają łącznie następujące możliwości:
- Zarządzanie zasobami: archiwizację i publikację obiektów cyfrowych wraz z ich opisem w standardach metadanych (np. Dublin Core);
- Interoperacyjność: wymianę danych z zewnętrznymi agregatorami za pomocą protokołu OAI-PMH;
- Wizualizację specjalistyczną: prezentację danych przestrzennych (komponent GIS/mapa) lub zaawansowanych obiektów graficznych (przeglądarka 3D lub standard IIIF);
- Dostępność: zgodność interfejsu z wytycznymi WCAG 2.1 na poziomie min. AA. Uwaga: Jeżeli Wykonawca powołuje się na doświadczenie w realizacji dostaw wykonywanych wspólnie z innymi Wykonawcami, należy wykazać dostawę, w której Wykonawca bezpośrednio uczestniczył.

Pełnomocnictwo przekazuje się w postaci elektronicznej i opatruje kwalifikowanym podpisem elektronicznym, podpisem zaufanym lub podpisem osobistym.W przypadku, gdy pełnomocnictwo zostało wystawione w postaci papierowej i opatrzone własnoręcznym podpisem, przekazuje się cyfrowe odwzorowanie tego dokumentu, opatrzone kwalifikowanym podpisem elektronicznym, podpisem zaufanym lub podpisem osobistym, poświadczającym zgodność cyfrowego odwzorowania z dokumentem w postaci papierowej. - Oświadczenie, o którym mowa w art. 117 ust. 4 ustawy [„(…) z którego wynika, które roboty budowlane, dostawy lub usługi wykonają poszczególni wykonawcy.”] – o ile dotyczy (odnosi się do Wykonawców wspólnie ubiegających się o udzielenie zamówienia).
