What the buyer wants
The subject of the contract is the purchase and supply of computer equipment, accessories and related components for the Vocational Education and Training Centre (hereinafter referred to as "COVP") - Secondary School of Electrical Engineering, Hálova 16, Bratislava, Petržalka, in the establishment of the Bratislava Self-Governing Region.
The subject-matter of the contract shall also include the necessary related services, in particular transport, delivery, unloading, unloading and placing of goods at the place of performance according to the requirements of the buyer, essential connection, installation, configuration, activation and entry into service of the equipment, if necessary due to the nature of the goods supplied.
The subject matter of the contract shall include the provision of a guarantee for the goods supplied, the transmission of relevant supporting documents, instructions for use, technical sheets, guarantee documents, certificates, declarations of conformity, licence documents, activation data or other documents, where relevant to the goods delivered, as well as the basic instruction of the persons responsible for the buyer on the use of the equipment supplied, where the nature of the goods so requires.
