Turnover: the candidate shall state the turnover figures for similar supplies and services over the last three years. Minimum requirements: Supplies and services in network and security averaging 9M per year over the last 3 years

Staffing Emmaüs desires as much support as possible from a fixed team while still seeking a partner with sufficient capacity to respond to changing demand and personnel developments (concerns the entire team: commercial, service desk, as well as incident and project operations). The candidate shall attach a statement regarding the candidate's average staffing and staff turnover during the last 3 years.

The average staffing includes the average number of staff members within the departments of the company deployed for the scope of our assignment, in a calendar year. Staff turnover during a year is defined as a percentage: (number of persons who left the company / average staffing) * 100. Only information for the legal entity submitting the tender shall be provided, unless the candidate formally relies on the capacities of third parties in accordance with public procurement regulations.

The candidate shall provide these figures in the following format: for the years 2023, 2024, and 2025 Average staffing Number of persons who left the company Staff turnover (%)

Personnel and Partnership The candidate shall demonstrate the quality of its own personnel and partnerships for the execution of this assignment. The candidate shall complete the Excel sheet (Personnel and Partnership) attached.

Quality Management Systems The candidate shall attach information to their application concerning audited operations based on best practices. Here, we request information on whether or not the candidate is certified according to the following standards (or equivalent):

• ISO 27001 (security): Statement of Applicability to be provided
• ISO 9001 (consistent and controlled service delivery): Certificate to be provided
• ISO 27701 (Privacy management): Statement of Applicability to be provided

The ESPD, by which the economic operator declares that it is not in one of the exclusion situations referred to in Articles 67 to 69 of the Law of 17 June 2016. Article 70 of the Law of 17 June 2016 on public procurement applies. For the exclusion grounds referred to in Article 67 of the Law, the candidate or tenderer shall indicate on its own initiative whether, at the start of the procedure, it has taken the corrective measures referred to in Article 70(1).
