As proof of performance are min. provide two comparable references from the previous three years. The tenderer shall declare by signature that the references submitted meet all the requirements placed on them. The references must concern services that are comparable to the advertised service (reference with at least 1,000 users). Furthermore, there must not have been any payment reductions due to poor performance or non-performance in the last year. Indicate whether the services are/were provided to a private or contracting authority. The services must be provided by the tenderer (contractor) or a specified subcontractor. Only one reference is taken into account per reference transmitter.
The suitability must be proven by the following individual proofs with tender:
- Host -124 EU or Uniform European Self-Declaration (EEE)
- Copy of the company liability insurance
- Copy of the business registration and business register statement
- Certificates of safety of the social insurance institutions, the professional association and the certificate in tax matters of the tax office. Foreign tenderers shall provide equivalent certificates from the country of origin. For documents which are not written in German, a certified translation into German must be attached.
