Order for the delivery of computer hardware and network devices.

The subject of the order is the delivery of computer equipment, network devices and accessories, which consist of:

1. desktop computer type 1 - 20 pieces,
2. desktop computer type 2 - 1 piece,
3. notebook type 1 - 3 pieces,
4. notebook type 2 - 12 pieces,
5. LCD monitor - 33 pieces,
6. network switch type 1 - 1 piece,
7. network switch (switch) type 2 - 4 pieces,
8. network switch (switch) type 3 - 1 piece,
9. data tape LTO9 - 24 pieces,
10. cleaning cassette type LTO - 2 pieces,
11. docking station for M.2 - 1 piece,
12. crochet cable (patchcord) copper - 1 set, which consists of:
    1. 15 pieces in/w cable with a length of 1 m,
    2. 15 pieces in length of cable with a length of 2 m,
    3. 10 pieces in length of cable with a length of 3 m,
    4. 10 pieces in length,
    5. in cable with a length of 10 m/ m (e) in cable with a length of 10 m (e) in length of 10 pieces (e) in length of cable of 10 m/ m) in length of cable Desktops type 1, desktop type 2, notebook type 1, notebook type 2, LCD monitors, network switch type 1, network switch type 2, network switch type 3, docking station for M.2 disks must be covered by a minimum of 24 month quality guarantee.LTO9 data tapes, LTO cleaning cassettes, copper patchcord cables, fibre-optic patchcord cables must be covered by a minimum of 12 month quality guarantee. (Note: Quality assurance periods: Type 2 desktop computer, Type 2 notebook, Type 1 network switch, Type 3 network switch are the criterion for the evaluation of tenders — see point XIII(4) of the SWZ).The equipment supplied must be new, complete, cannot be post-exhibition equipment, must meet the technical and quantitative requirements set out in the description of the subject matter of the contract in Annex 1 to the WWZ, must not be: used, mechanically damaged, defective. The equipment supplied shall be complete and ready for use as intended without any additional purchases.Place of delivery: Old Town District in Nowy Sącz, Department of Information Services, Nowy Sącz ul. Jagiellońska 33, 2nd floor, pok. 321.In all the headings of the above description in which the trade mark, patent, origin, name of the goods or its producer is present, the source or specific process which characterises the products supplied by a particular economic operator, norm, the contracting entity shall allow the possibility of the supply of equivalent products, i.e. of no worse technical parameters than those which have products identified by the trade mark or origin.TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT: The maximum contract execution date – the delivery of computer equipment and network equipment is 14 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract with the selected contractor.
