What the buyer wants
- The subject of the contract is the supply of computer equipment, software and equipment as defined in Annex No. 6 to the contract, intended for schools run by the City of Sokołów Podlaski, under the Digital Student programme for the period 2025–2029.
- The detailed delivery range, quantities, technical parameters and places of delivery are set out in Annex No 6 – Detailed list of equipment.
- The Contractor undertakes to provide equipment:
- factory new, complete and fault-free;
- according to the description of the object of the order and offer of the Contractor;
- with the required documents, licences and guarantees;
- meeting the legal and technical requirements applicable to the type of equipment and its intended purpose.
- Delivery shall include the transport, unloading and entry of equipment into the indicated premises, as well as the assembly, commissioning or configuration where these operations are provided for in the procurement documents.
- The contractor may not provide equipment with lower parameters than required in the order documents.
- The contractor guarantees that the subject of the contract is new, undamaged, fault-free, complete, fit for proper operation in accordance with the functional scope and purpose, free from rights and claims of third parties, marked with the CE mark and has up-to-date certificates, manufacturer's catalogue cards, technical approvals, declarations of compliance with applicable standards and laws and standards. The equipment supplied must be complete and ready for use without additional purchases and have the equipment necessary for functional and safe use.

- School and Kindergarten Team No. 3, Public Primary School No. 1 with bilingual branches Janusz Kusociński in Sokołowa Podlaski
- School and Kindergarten Complex No. 1, Public Primary School No. 2 in Sokolov Podlaski
- Public Primary School No. 4 im. Fr.General Stanisław Brzóski in Sokolov Podlaski
- School and Kindergarten Team No. 2, Public Primary School No. 6 im. Paweł Kamiński in Sokolov Podlaski
