What the buyer wants
The object of this contract is: Periodic supply of computer and communication spare parts such as: Deliveries shall be periodic and shall be made only where necessary after prior written request by the contracting authority, depending on its needs. The contract will be concluded at that estimated value. For the duration of the contract, the Contracting Party is not obliged to realise the full amount agreed but only as much as the amount stated and delivered.

The participant shall have performed an activity with an object identical or similar to that of the contract for the last 3 (three) years considered from the date of submission of the tender. For activities similar to the subject matter of the order are accepted: delivery of spare parts for office equipment. The contracting authority will consider sufficient activities similar to the subject-matter of the contract, regardless of the volume in which they are realised.
When submitting the tender, compliance with the criterion set is declared in EEDOP, Part IV: Selection criteria, Section C: Technical and professional capabilities - information sufficient to verify compliance with the requirements of the contracting entity shall be completed.
A list of supplies or services shall be provided to demonstrate the fulfilment of the requirement, with an indication of the values, dates and recipients, together with documents proving the activities carried out pursuant to Art. 64, para 1, item 2. The documents for proof shall be provided under the conditions of Art. 67, para. 5 of the Public Procurement Act, i.e. for the lawful award of the contract or before the conclusion of a contract on the basis of Art.112, para 1, item 2 of the Public Procurement Act.

На основание чл. 70, ал. 1 и ал. 2, т. 1 от ЗОП, обществена поръчка се възлага въз основа на икономически най-изгодната оферта. Икономически най-изгодната оферта, се определя въз основа на критерий за възлагане „най-ниска цена”. На първо място се класира участникът, който е предложил най–ниска обща стойност без ДДС. Под „най-ниска цена” следва да се разбира общата сума, посочена от участника в Ценовото му предложение по Образец за периодична доставка на резервни части ВАЖНО!!! Общата цена, посочена от участника в Ценовото му предложение по Образец за периодична доставка на резервни части, не формира стойността на договора, а служи само като критерии за оценка!!! Останалите участници се класират по възходящ ред на второ, трето и следващи места. При условие, че двама или повече участници предложат еднакви общи цени за изпълнение на общестената поръчка и се класират на първо място, , комисията провежда жребий между класираните на първо място оферти. Правилата за провеждане на жребий са разписани в Глава Петнадесета от Вътрешните правила за управление цикъла на обществените поръчки във Военномедицинска академия, публикувани в ЦАИС ЕОП.
