Note: a) if the tender is submitted in association, each associate will submit the mentioned DUAE document. b) In case the offer has technical / professional / financial support or contains proposals for subcontractors, the person providing support (third-party supporter) or the subcontractor will submit the mentioned DUAE document. The economic operator will provide proof of the implementation of the mentioned systems, allowing both the presentation of certificates issued by certification bodies and other documents proving conclusively that the requirements are met. Method of meeting the requirements in the case of association: the requirement will be met individually by each member of the association for the part of the framework agreement it achieves. The documents must be valid at the date of presentation.
