- O udzielenie zamówienia mogą się ubiegać Wykonawcy, którzy nie podlegają wykluczeniu na zasadach określonych w punkcie 4) SWZ oraz spełniają określone przez Zamawiającego warunki udziału w postępowaniu określone w ogłoszeniu o zamówieniu oraz SWZ.
- O udzielenie zamówienia mogą ubiegać się Wykonawcy, którzy spełniają warunki udziału w postępowaniu w zakresie zdolności technicznej lub zawodowej: Wykonawca spełni warunek dotyczący zdolności zawodowej, jeżeli wykaże, że:
- wykonał należycie w okresie ostatnich trzech lat przed upływem terminu składania ofert, a jeżeli okres prowadzenie działalności jest krótszy – w tym okresie, jedną jedną umowę trwająca min. 12 miesięcy na świadczenie usługi serwisu pogwarancyjnego dla urządzeń (m.in. sieciowych, serwerów, macierzy dyskowych) o wartości minimum 300 000,00 zł brutto.
