Maintenance of the UTCS traffic control system in the city of Kraków

1) They have knowledge and experience, i.e. during the last three years before the deadline for the submission of tenders, and if the period of business is shorter, they have performed during that period, and in the case of recurrent or continuous services, they perform at least one service consisting of maintaining traffic control systems in terms of programming and maintaining communication for at least one year and operating a minimum of 70 intersections.

In the absence of existing implementing rules for the definition of capacity levels, the contracting authority will not, until the entry into force of the implementing rules setting capacity levels, determine the conditions for participation in the procedure using capacity levels.

To be confirmed, the Contractor shall submit: a list of services performed and, in the case of services which are repeated or continuous, also performed over the last 3 years, and if the period of activity is shorter, including their value, the subject, the dates of performance and the entities for which the services have been performed and the addition of evidence indicating whether those services have been performed or are carried out duly, the evidence referred to shall be references or other documents drawn up by the entity for which the services have been carried out, and in the case of services which are repeated or continuous, and if the contractor for reasons beyond his control is unable to obtain such documents, a declaration from the contractor;

in the case of services which are repeated or continued to be performed, or other documents confirming their proper performance shall be issued during the last 3 months, as specified in Annex 4 SWZ Note !

If the Contractor cites experience in the provision of services performed jointly with other Contractors, then only those services in which the Contractor directly participated must be included in the list of services.
