Procurement and provision of a webshop as well as the procurement of warehousing and shipping services (so-called fulfillment) and production of printed products

Lot 1: Corresponding professional liability insurance or company liability depending on the company form of the bidder with a - liability coverage amount of at least 500.000,00 EUR per insurance case flat-rate for personal and property damage - property damage insurance of at least. 250.000,00 EUR per insured event for direct property damages 2 times maximized. Lot 2: Corresponding professional liability insurance or company liability depending on the type of company of the applicant in copy with a - liability coverage amount of at least 3,000,000.00 EUR per insurance case flat-rate for personal and property damage - property damage insurance of at least. EUR 500,000 per insured event for direct financial loss maximized twice. Corresponding warehousekeeper insurance with a cover sum of at least 1,000,000 EUR per insurance event to cover all risks of damage or loss due to own or external fault. In addition, the risk of environmental disasters (e.g. floods, storm and hail damage) and fire damage must be covered accordingly.

Lot 1: Provide the gross annual turnover over the last three years (2023, 2024 and 2025). This must have been done at least in the amount of 100,000 EUR gross in the area of provision, further development, service and support services as well as operation for a web shop with productive use per year. Lot 1: - Identification of three reference projects from the last 3 years carried out by the bidder as responsible contractor and which are comparable by content, scope and industry to the service offered here and fulfil a gross order volume of at least EUR 20,000. Comparable projects are services for the provision and operation of a web shop with productive use. A reference project must be at least. 1,000 users and at least. 300 different articles in the webshop, including W2P. Lot 2: - Identification of three reference projects from the last 3 years carried out by the bidder as the responsible contractor and which are comparable by content, scope and industry to the service offered here and fulfil a contract volume of at least EUR 200,000 gross for fulfillment per reference project. - Present two reference projects from the last 3 years, which the bidder has carried out as the responsible contractor and which are comparable in terms of content, scope and industry with the current tendered service regarding the production of different printed products.

- Free storage capacity of min. 800 EU pallet parking spaces and about 60 shelves/shelf warehouses (for about 165 printed products and about 130 contact means) must be available. Please indicate the available storage capacity (quantity or number). - Proximity to the print location in km (max. 20 km) - Maximum production time from ordering or from digital print release: 14 calendar days (offset storage goods) and max. 3 calendar days (digital printing) must be guaranteed.
