Professional and technical ability - Educational and professional qualifications (with the offer; by self-declaration): presence of two support staff trained for maintenance, support and warranty work for the offered hardware. The training must have been provided by the manufacturer of the hardware offered. It must refer to the highest level attainable by the manufacturer (usually "Enterprise Level" or similar). Comparable evidence shall be accepted. Proof by providing copies of current training certificates or by self-declaration. See Appendix "Certificates of suitability"

Professional and technical performance - references (with the offer; by self-declaration): The tenderer shall demonstrate with his tender at least two comparable reference contracts in the last three years. More than three reference orders may be submitted. If necessary, the pages shall be reproduced. If the first three reference orders already prove the suitability in this point, the other references no longer matter. If a bidder uses subcontractors by way of the qualifying loan according to § 47 VgV, it is sufficient if the reference requirements are met overall. Minimum requirements: the following minimum requirements apply to each individual reference contract:

• the end of the service provision of the reference contract may not have occurred more than three years ago at the end of the tender period; and
• Each reference order must have recorded the delivery of hardware from the "server" area; and
• The total order value of each reference order must have amounted to at least 250,000 euros net. Formal requirements: The suitability is proven with regard to the references if the bidder has complied with the above-mentioned requirements. Of course, the indication of further reference orders is still possible even if the suitability has already been proven by the other reference orders. However, this does not lead to any advantages in the evaluation of the offer. The following forms shall be used to indicate the references. If these are not sufficient, they can be copied.
