What the buyer wants
The subject of services and contracts are the provision and introduction of a modern and user-friendly SAP-based notification and order processing with CAFM (Computer-Aided Facility Management) at the Berlin city cleaning companies AöR (BSR) on the basis of an EVB-IT drafting contract. In addition to the introduction and commissioning as part of an implementation phase and the permanent provision of the software solution including maintenance services, a call-up quota for consulting, support and adaptation services for additional adaptation needs after commissioning is envisaged. For details, reference is made to Part C (service description) including installations C1 to C5. The abbreviation “CAFM” in these documents stands for “Computer-Aided Facility Management” and refers to the specialized platform used for this purpose, which is integrated with SAP S/4HANA / SAP EAM. The solution includes in particular disruption, testing, maintenance and maintenance processes for buildings and technical facilities, documentation of operator obligations as well as surface and CAD management incl. Visualization (see Part C, Chapters 2 and 4).
