Note: In the hypothesis of Art. 67, para. 5 of the Public Procurement Act The contracting authority may require, at any time after the opening of requests for participation or tenders, the submission of all or part of the documents demonstrating the information referred to in the EEDOP. In each particular case, the Contracting Party shall comply with the provision of Art. 67, para. 8 of the Public Procurement Act.

A quality management system certified according to an international quality standard BDS EN ISO 9001:2015 or equivalent shall be implemented by the participant with a range in the field of electronic communications services or equivalent issued by an accredited institution. Proof of circumstances: When concluding the contract, the participant selected as a contractor should provide a valid certificate for an implemented quality management system according to EN ISO 9001:2015 or equivalent, with a range in the field of electronic communications services or equivalent, issued by an accredited institution.
