Provision of maintenance, technical support and modernization services for the Delfin II system

The Contracting Authority requires the Contracting Authority to demonstrate compliance with the conditions for participation in procedures concerning technical or professional capacity - knowledge and experience. The Contracting Authority shall consider the condition to be satisfied if the Contracting Authority demonstrates that during the last 3 years before the deadline for the submission of tenders, and if the duration of the contractor's activities is shorter, within that period, at least 2 (two) services have been duly performed, each of the services must be carried out on the basis of a separate contract and comply with the following conditions cumulatively:

1. the maintenance and provision of technical support and the modernisation of the electronic system for public finance sector units,
2. the value of each service was at least PLN 250 000,00 gross. In order to confirm the fulfilment of the above condition, a list of services performed together with documents confirming their proper implementation should be submitted. Model list - Annex 6 to the EGM.A list of services performed and, in the case of services which are either repeated or continuous, also performed during the last three years before the closing date for the submission of tenders, and where the duration of the activity is shorter, including the subject matter and their values, the items, the dates of performance (from-to), the entities for which the services have been performed (name, address) and the addition of evidence of whether those services have been performed or are carried out duly;in the case of services which are repeated or continued to be performed, references or other documents proving their proper execution should be issued not earlier than 3 months before the closing date for the submission of tenders. The model list of services is set out in Annex No 8 to the WWZ.

1. references or other documents issued by the body for which the services were performed.
2. other documents if, for justified reasons of an objective nature, the Contractor is unable to obtain the documents referred to in (a) above.
