In criterion price (C): the price criterion shall be calculated on the basis of the proposed price, given in the Offer Form, which is Annex No 1 to the SWZ and the Price Form which is Annex No 1a to the SWZ, covering the total price for the performance of the contract. The maximum number of points in this criterion: 60 points will be awarded to the contractor who will propose the lowest gross total price for the performance of the contract subject, given by the contractor in the Offer Form (Annex No 1 to the SWZ), while the other economic operators will receive a correspondingly lower number of points calculated according to the following formula: C = (Cmin : Cof) x 60 points (number of points received in the price criterion) where: Cmin – the lowest price offered from the Cof – the price in the tender under review
