The subject-matter of the contract includes providing subscription support for the implemented in the Ministry of Energy accounting software The participant should be a developer (the holder of the rights) of accounting software To verify the above, the participant should submit to its technical proposal a copy of a document proving those rights in Bulgarian or accompanied by a translation into Bulgarian.
In the case of presentation by the Participant of a document by an official representative of the developer, appropriate evidence should be attached to the proposal that the official representative has the power to reinstate third parties to carry out the activity concerned. *** The performance requirements are detailed in the Technical Specification of the Contracting Party - Annex No 1
