Dodavatel ve své nabídce stanoví nabídkovou cenu za celý předmět veřejné zakázky. Cena bude stanovena jako cena nejvýše přípustná a platná po celou dobu realizace veřejné zakázky. Nabídková cena bude obsahovat veškeré náklady dodavatele nezbytné pro řádnou a včasnou realizaci předmětu veřejné zakázky včetně nákladů souvisejících (např. poplatky, vedlejší náklady, předpokládaná rizika spojená s realizací předmětu plnění veřejné zakázky, příp. cestovní náklady, apod.). Nabídková cena bude stanovena jako součet součinů jednotkových cen a požadovaného množství zboží, a to na základě tabulky uvedené v Příloze č. 1 vzoru smlouvy – Specifikace Produktů a cena Podpory. Dodavatel uvede jednotkové ceny jednotlivých položek v příloze č. 1 vzoru smlouvy - Specifikace Produktů a cena Podpory (viz příloha č. 3 zadávací dokumentace). Celkovou cenu za Podporu uvede dodavatel rovněž v odst. 4.1 návrhu smlouvy. Nabídková cena bude stanovena jako cena v Kč bez DPH ve formátu na max. 2 desetinná místa. Dodavatel není oprávněn podmínit jím navrhovanou nabídkovou cenu další podmínkou. Podmínění nebo uvedení několika rozdílných hodnot nabídkové ceny na různých místech v nabídce může být důvodem pro vyřazení nabídky ze zadávacího řízení. Obdobně bude zadavatel postupovat v případě, že dojde k uvedení nabídkové ceny v jiné formě či měně, než zadavatel požaduje.
