The subject of the performance of a public contract (hereinafter referred to as "VZ ') is the reactive and proactive service support of HPE server and storage infrastructure, including diagnostics, handling of incidents, preventive checks, firmware / health checks and technical support, to the extent of the minimum technical and functional specification set out in Annex 2 to these terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as" solutions' or "subject of performance ').

- The subject matter of the performance of the contract is also defined by the binding draft contract for the provision of support services for HPE technology + annexes, which are annexed to No 3 of these ZP.
